Alumni Network

While in Austria the Austrian Club of Friends of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation offers an alumni network for Alexander von Humboldt Fellows. Alumni networks of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation have also been established in most other European countries.

List of all alumni associations bordering Austria

The German Society of Humboldtiansis headed by Prof. Dr. Elke Bogner.
The German Society is divided into numerous regional groups.

The Swiss Society of Humboldtians is headed by Prof. Dr. Peter Broekmann.

 

The Italian Alumni AssociationAssociazione Italiana Alexander von Humboldtis headed by Prof. Dr. Marina Foschi Albert.

The Slovensko-nemsko drustvo stipendistov (Slovenian-German scholarship holders' association) is headed by Prof. Dr. Sašo Jerše.

Even though Croatia does not directly border Austria, it should still be mentioned due to its proximity and close ties.
The Croatian Humboldt Club Klub hrvatskih humboldtovaca is headed by Prof. Dr. Milan Pelc.
